Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original Vilshenko packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
